Holiday Inn Express & Suites High Point South by IHG

Rooms are very nice. Very clean. Spacious. Its close to the interstate and several restaurants yet it's very quiet. Ni e parking area w extra lot for larger vehicles such as RVs or trucks. Staff is very nice and helpful. I have to say above all else the coffee is better than any hotel coffee I have ever stayed at. Machine makes it fresh every time.

This was a very pleasant experience. We came in late and were missing a few items but Ms. Karen made sure we were taken care of. She was EXTREMELY polite and she also made me feel at home. I actually felt as though it was a family friend. I appreciate her concern, care and most of all hospitality. You all should be extremely grateful to have her working your front desk.

I love this hotel I stay here every time I come to Highpoint. The rooms are always clean. The front desk is always friendly. Especially Pam who makes you feel right at home. Pam has a great personality and very helpful. She made sure she accommodate all our needs.

Pam and Yuli were especially helpful and wonderful. The entire staff is great. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, quiet. Kept very clean. The area is nicely located.

Karen at the front desk was extremely helpful checking us in. We were very appreciative of how accommodating and welcoming she was after traveling all day. We’ve been staying at this particular property for a few years now because our daughter attends a local university. I will say, the rooms and the hotel itself is definitely in need of some updating and TLC, as it has declined over the years since we started staying here. However, it’s the staff that keeps up coming back. They are all always wonderful, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They also do a wonderful job at keeping the space clean. Additionally, we really value and appreciate that’s it’s a pet friendly hotel. Many accolades to the entire staff. Please work on getting the rooms/overall space some much needed attention. We want to continue staying at our home away from home when we come to visit our daughter!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. After a long day of travel, I was immediately welcomed by Karen at the front desk, who offered me water and cookies — such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, inviting, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference. The hotel may have older bones, but it is very clean and well cared for. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the TV had plenty of channel options. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and everything I tried was delicious. The only issue during my stay was that the hot water wasn’t working. However, the way the staff handled it truly stood out — I was met with empathy, kindness, and sincere efforts to make it right. They went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, which is all anyone can really ask for. The location felt safe and was conveniently close to food and coffee options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay over Oct 31-Nov 2. The breakfast and the constant supplies of fruits and snacks make the hotel unique and truly homely. The staff were courteous; Karen was particularly helpful and pleasant - excellent customer focused individual. Great place

Karen at the front desk was wonderful!! Our room was was clean. The morning breakfast attended was very nice. There are many options for breakfast. My absolute favorite is the cinnamon rolls. The only thing I would like to see changed is the gravy for biscuits and gravy and the sausages. The flavor isn't the greatest. But I would still recommend this place!!!
